  • Designed and built our production Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: 27 tools that let agents like Claude and Codex query ledgers and run accounting workflows, with OAuth 2.1 (PKCE), org-level RBAC, per-token rate limits, idempotent writes and a full audit trail.
  • Built a streaming tool-calling agent where the AI proposes changes and the user approves them before anything is posted, with provider failover that never runs a completed tool call twice.
  • Built hybrid document search (full-text, vector and reranking) and AI matching of receipts and bank statements to transactions.
  • Made reliability eval-first: money is handled by exact decimal code with balance checks, never by the model, and one fix took silent journal-generation failures from 7 in 60 to zero.

  • Founded Thrive AI: HKD 150,000 in grants, 5 apps shipped, 200+ users.
  • Built ThriveLife, an AI life companion with long-term pgvector memory and seven agent personas behind a deterministic router, so a turn costs at most two model calls.
  • Designed it so agents only propose actions and nothing runs until the user approves, while daily insights are found by code and the model only puts them into words.
  • Launched GetLockedIn, an AI focus extension for Chrome; its launch post passed 1,000 reactions.

Multi-Agent AI Trading System

  • Co-developed a multi-model LLM trading platform in a 4-person team: five paper/simulated research strategies plus a Webull agent trading HKD 60,000 of real capital, with 99 live orders so far.
  • Enforces risk limits in plain code (position and allocation caps, stale-price checks), and only fills the broker confirms reach the ledger.
  • Runs automated sessions in Docker on a cloud VPS with shared MCP tools and Alpha Vantage data, and publishes holdings and decision rationale on a live dashboard.
